Our team has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. ODM began as a humble HVAC company founded by husband-and-wife team Terry and Ashley Beets, who built a reputation for quality work and personal service. As demand grew, they joined forces with UV, a strategic move that expanded ODM’s capabilities beyond heating and cooling into a full-service contracting operation.
